Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other third-party payment providers. TrackDataPad does not store full payment card information.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the service, purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical malfunction that prevents access to paid features.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Chargebacks or payment disputes that are initiated without first contacting support may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.
